Find your inner peace workshop

What a sheer joy it was to see so many interested and engaged faces at our first workshop on July 19, 2018. Huge thanks to Vassia from AntiLoneliness for doing this incredibly informative and motivational workshop. Vassia Sarantopoulou is a counselor-psychologist, founder ofAntiLoneliness. She has studied Psychology in Athens, Greece, and she has completed two Master courses, one in Counseling and Career Guidance (Athens), and one in Psychology (Leiden University, Netherlands). She keeps expanding her professional skills by participating in trainings in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy), and Grief Couneling. 

She has been supporting her clients through hard times, especially when they are dealing with: depression, anxiety, relationship issues, loss, transition, fears, self-sabotage, loneliness, procrastination, perfectionism, anger, divorce, etc. Moreover, she has been the lecturer in seminars and workshops concerning Career Counselling, Stress Management, Parenting, Self-Awareness, and also the main speaker to various conferences and presentations, talking about leadership, empowerment and relationships.There's an ongoing research on Loneliness and its effect in the Netherlands, which Vassia conducts with the help of her AntiLoneliness team.
