Answering calls, emails or dealing with walk-ins, help with their queries in living, working and studying in the NL by providing information, support and guidance in English

Objective

ACCESS is staffed by an enthusiastic team of around 115 volunteers, from more than 35 countries, all of whom have experienced the relocation process. They are trained and able to provide comprehensive information, advice and support, as well as be empathetic to the experience of internationals arriving and settling in the Netherlands.

Core activity

We provide information and advice via our helpdesk and personal consultation services.



Our Community Education team offers a comprehensive programme of English language courses and workshops covering a range of topics that reflect the interests and experiences of the international community.



We also offer a range of publications to assist you with living in the Netherlands: the ACCESS magazine or ezine, the ACCESS Guides, and, on our online shop which offers some useful books relating to living in the Netherlands.
