As a start-up social enterprise, She Matters wants to strengthen its fundraising team with the addition of an experienced institutional fundraiser. This volunteer position will work to develop and implement a new strategy for institutional fundraising, in order to significantly increase its income from various sources. The goal is to identify donors and significantly increase funding.
In this role, you will work closely with the CEO, in collaboration with the fundraising team, to successfully develop proposals for Dutch foundations.
-Work with the fundraising team to develop and implement a new and ambitious fundraising strategy;
-Initiate donor identification and outreach;
-Coordinate activities related to fundraising, including financial planning and networking;
-Take the lead in efficient and successful proposal development processes;
-Develop, maintain and manage institutional donor relationships;
-Offer support and guidance about programme development, acquisition and relationship management;
-Ensure excellent donor compliance, including timely and reflective reporting.
