Project Officers - Several positions (Migrants, Teenage mothers and Volunteering projects)

Function description

As one of our project officers you will be closely involved in initiating and finalizing one of our ‘Migrants Manifesto, Health and Integration, Bridging the Migrants Gap and Teenage Mothers’ - projects: organization wide programs/services and/or cooperation with external parties.

Duties include:
• Project manage across cultural, external and internal projects
• Aligning of involved departments including board members, external clients and customers
• Emphasis on clear scoping of the projects, steering on deliverables and change management
• Monitor progression of all project plans and recommend improvements on regular basis
• Coordinate with business partners and enhance all clarification processes in systematic way
• Design upgrade and implement all intricate details of project plans
. Co-managing the project organization (including planning and budget)
. Delegating tasks and authorization
• Establishing contact with third parties (with our goals in mind) and monitoring progress of any agreements made

Skills required:
• Proven project management experience
• Understanding of international art - and cultural processes
• Affinity with international art projects
• Excellent interpersonal and client management skills
• Fluent in English
• Preferably experience with project-based work
• Excellent communicative skills in English, both orally and in writing
• Some knowledge of refugee - and vulnerable women matters
• Self-driven, responsible, able to work under pressure, team player, proactive
• You live in or in the vicinity of The Hague
• Available at least 6-8 hours a week
