Summary

Do you also enjoy receiving a card, especially around the holidays? Give this feeling to a fellow citizen who has a lesser social circle.

Detailed description

Grab a card from the cupboard, buy one or make one yourself and wish your fellow citizens happy holidays. A card with a sweet message can make a big difference, and if you like you can also send a puzzle book or poem.

Please note: this activity does not take place on location, you write a card at home and send it by post or bring it to the location.

You can drop them off and send them all day long:

attn NL Cares card campaign + Doorniksestraat 150, 2587 AZ The Hague.

For whom

Your card will be delivered to the elderly of the HWW de Eshoeve nursing home in Scheveningen. Elderly people with dementia and physical disabilities live here.

Warm Winter Weeks

Loneliness is a growing social problem. This is particularly noticeable around the holidays. That is why we are organising volunteer activities throughout the month of December to reduce loneliness. Your help is especially welcome during this period!
