About our cycling club:
Every other week we meet on Saturday at 10:00 am at the Zuiderpark swimming pool in The Hague (Zuiderpark). From there we cycle a route of approximately 2-3 hours under the guidance of two volunteers. Halfway through we make a stop for a sandwich and something to drink.
The group consists of approximately 15 participants, of which approximately 8 cycle along per ride. In a WhatsApp group, the cyclists indicate whether they are there or not. The age is between 18 and 70 years.

VTV offers people with disabilities various forms of leisure activities in the region of The Hague. We do this through group activities for young people and adults, an exercise coach and home buddies. Home buddies offers practical support for families with a disabled child by using babysitting help, play help, accommodation and help with transport. In addition, volunteers are also deployed with adult people with disabilities.
