Reflecting on 2024 with Volunteer The Hague

What an amazing year 2024 was! As we step into 2025, we’re filled with gratitude for all the inspiring moments, meaningful connections, and the incredible support we’ve received from YOU our volunteers, partner organizations, and our parent organization, PEP Den Haag. Let’s look back at the highlights and look forward to what’s next!

Highlights of 2024

• January: We kicked off the year with the empowering THRIVE: Migrant Women Event and explored innovative ideas at the Human Security and Volunteering Fair at The Hague University.
• June: The summer was packed with events like Talent for Good, the THIC Partners Session, and the inspiring Symphony 2030 in Amare.
• September: We celebrated diversity at the Embassy Festival, onboarded new students at the Social Hub, and connected through the Feel at Home: Meet & Mingle event hosted by The Hague International Centre.
• November: Over 500 participants joined our very own Mix & Match Autumn Edition, proving the power of networking and collaboration. Later, we joined the vibrant IamExpat Fair.
• December: We ended the year with joy and gratitude at Celebrate the Festive Season With Us at Hotel Des Indes and the Royal Christmas Fair.

Through every event, your stories and enthusiasm reminded us of the power of community. Whether it was finding your voice, aligning talents with causes, or simply mingling with like-minded individuals, you made 2024 unforgettable.

We’re thrilled to announce more Mix & Match events, exciting collaborations, and opportunities to bring even more people into our growing community of changemakers. Stay tuned, the best is yet to come!
