You can only change your personal data, like your email address,
after you have logged in. To confirm, we will ask you to enter you
new email address twice.
Where can I get personal advice?
Are you looking for a volunteer opportunity but can't find one? Stop by for a chat and personal advise at our PEP office. We are in the city centre at Riviervismarkt 2 and we are available Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 16:00.
I applied for an opportunity at Volunteer The Hague but haven’t heard anything
The organisation you applied with is responsible for getting back to you. Try to contact the organisation directly. The contact details will be in your confirmation email or in the online text of the opportunity.
How can I make myself more attractive as a volunteer?
If you login as a volunteer, you can start with updating your
profile. The more complete it is, the more interesting you will be
for an organisation looking for volunteers. Don't forget to upload
a recent picture of yourself.
Besides this, you can also visit our office for personal advice. We are situated in the city centre at Riviervismarkt 2. Staff and volunteers are available to help you from 10:00 to 16:00 Monday to Friday.
