Thursday, December 5, 2024, is International Volunteer Day, and Saturday, December 7, is National Volunteer Day in the Netherlands. These days are all about recognizing the incredible work that volunteers do here and around the world. Whether it’s supporting a local project or lending a hand across borders, volunteers make a real difference in every area of life.

Volunteering isn’t just about helping others (though that’s huge!). It’s also a way to grow personally. You can learn new skills, find a sense of purpose, and feel the joy of giving back.
