Summary

Are you an experienced Tai Chi teacher and do you have time to spare? Evita Lokaal is looking for a teacher who wants to teach Tai Chi to the residents of Benoordenhout.

Detailed description

We would like to expand the Evita Lokaal activity program with Tai Chi lessons. For this we are looking for a teacher who would like to give this, possibly on the basis of compensation. The group will consist of 5-15 participants, mainly elderly (75+). For them it is important to keep moving in an accessible way to stay fit and vital for as long as possible. The lessons are given in the Evita Academy, a large space next to Evita Lokaal (The Hague Benoordenhout).


The number of lessons is negotiable. It can be a series of 10 lessons, for example, or lessons on a weekly basis, preferably on Wednesdays. This depends on your availability and what you like. Your own ideas and input on this are welcome!
