Summary

We are seeking an Advisory Board Member with expertise in health economics, health incentivisations, financial modelling, public health policy.

Detailed description

Our social enterprise startup Rypple is dedicated to making staying healthy easier by transforming healthcare globally through a focus on health promotion over disease treatment. We work closely with governments, taking a policy-driven approach to drive systemic change that prioritizes preventive care.

One of our key policy innovations is adapting the carbon tax model to healthcare, translating it into incentives that disincentivize curative services while rewarding preventive measures. We also propose a scoring framework that evaluates healthcare organizations based on their impact on health promotion and prevention. Organizations with higher scores would receive greater government incentives, such as tax breaks. By fostering an environment that encourages proactive health promotion, we aim to empower individuals to lead healthier lives, making good health accessible to all, regardless of economic status.

We are seeking an Advisory Board Member with expertise in health economics, health incentivisations, financial modelling, public health policy, consulting governments, and related fields. Contribute to Rypple’s policy, innovation, and advocacy efforts aimed at transforming healthcare incentives.

About Rypple

In a world where healthcare systems in emerging markets are overwhelmed by the burden of disease, our mission is to make staying healthy easier by creating an environment that incentivises health promotion. We combine salutogenesis principles, i.e. what keeps people well and a big picture approach on how different parts of the health ecosystem work together to create long-lasting and scalable solutions.
Our purpose is to make staying healthy easier by creating an environment that incentivises health promotion. We envision a world where every person, regardless of economic status, thrives through proactive health promotion, empowering individuals to lead healthier and fuller lives.
