About Stichting Krea

Stichting Krea develops projects that focus on contemporary art forms and aims to create an environment that promotes collaboration, connection, and interaction between artists, disciplines, and audiences. Developing environments saturated with inclusive and engaging qualities, Krea ultimately seeks to create new ways of experiencing Art. Furthermore, Krea recognises Art as an indispensable tool for innovation in human communication and for the promotion of a harmonious multicultural environment. Based in The Hague, the activities of Krea primarily focus on nurturing and expanding the city’s artistic community through the establishment of sincere and open communication channels between audiences and artists. Home to nearly 200 different nationalities, the cultural diversity of The Hague offers an exciting opportunity for artists and communities, promoting the production of innovative and accessible artistic output which has an instrumental role in the construction of a resilient and inclusive society. Recognizing the city’s heterogeneous cultural scene, Krea develops and fosters multidisciplinary projects that stem from the contact and mixture of views, cultures, knowledge and experiences.
