Role and responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support for projects
- Accurately recording minutes from meetings
- Coordinate administrative preparation for meetings, workshops, ensuring all necessary documents and travel requests are sent to participants, prepare relevant documents and powerpoint presentations
Skills and qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree
- Ability to analyse information for the purpose of preparing reports, coordinating activities and solving problems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details
