Role and responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all brand, marketing, advertising and promotionalstaff and activities of the foundation
- Build a strategy for Terra Foundation's programme/initiatives in alignment with its mission and vision
- Conduct market research (qualitative and quantitative) to determine market requirements
- Develop and implement marketing plans and projects based on current marketing conditions analysis
- Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
- Present training and/or communication materials to internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
- Liaison with media and advertising subcontractors
- Solicit, summarize and present feedback from internal and external stakeholders on individual campaigns, programs and/or initiatives
Skills and qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in marketing or business administration
- Experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies
- Technical marketing research skills
- Strong marketing skills and a passion for cause-based marketing strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organisation and planning abilities
