Feeling overwhelmed by stress and searching for ways to regain your inner calm? "Decompress from Stress: 3 Proven Strategies to Find Your Inner Calm and How Volunteering Can Help" is designed for you. In this workshop we will address the common challenges of modern life, offering effective strategies to help you navigate and reduce stress. Through evidence-based ways, you will learn how to restore balance and tranquility in your life. Additionally, discover how volunteering can enhance your sense of purpose and connection, further promoting well-being. By the end of the workshop, you will feel more relaxed, centered, and equipped with practical tools to maintain your inner peace.


This workshop is part of the Mix & Match Volunteer Job Fair held on November 30 alongside four more workshops: "Integrating Volunteering Into Your Job-Hunting Strategy," by Sarah Feid, "From Change to Growth: How Volunteering Helps You Thrive Through Transitions," by Tatjana San Luis and "Make Dreams Reality: Build Your Business & Leverage Volunteering for Growth," by Alexandra Titova and "Bring Your Cultural Events & Ideas to Life: Easy Funding with CultuurSchakel," by Liesbeth Simons. About the speaker: Vassia Sarantopoulou is the Founder, CEO and Head Psychologist of AntiLoneliness, a company offering mental health services in The Netherlands and also worldwide. She is also a Trainer, a Perfectionism Expert and a Mental Health Ambassador, promoting Inner Peace, Mental Strength and Healthy Relationships with others and with our Self. Through AntiLoneliness and her team of psychologists, she offers individual, couples or groups sessions to those who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, burnout, loneliness, relationship issues, transition/change, expat life. Vassia is an advocate of a life without mental health stigma, with an abundance of kindness and with an undying openness to self-awareness and self-growth, and that’s what she promotes through her services and online courses, and also through her collaboration with universities, companies and organizations.
