Together for Loosduinen at 13.00 – 16.00 on Saturday 13 November

Come and meet local volunteer organizations during "Together for Loosduinen" event on Saturday 13 November! Together for Loosduinen On Saturday 13 November from 13.00 – 16.00 there is a fun and varied program at Ockenburgh for interested residents of Loosduinen and the volunteers of the various Loosduin organizations. The program – Meeting and Inspiration You are welcome on the beautiful grounds of Villa Ockenburgh. If you have never been, this is already worth it! You are welcome from 13:00. Alderman Hilbert Bredemeijer opens at 13:30 the event in the greenhouse. From 14:00, the various organizations will give a short pitch. At different locations: fun sports and games activities. In the courtyard you will see nice colorful stalls, where you can get acquainted with the different organizations. The stall is also located here to pick up the free Goodie bag. Various organizations are also present in the building next door (called the Foyer). But you can also do a nice workshop Art and Painting. And a live broadcast of Zorgradio is going on. And there are performances by the Willy Caron Muziektheater. In the Theaterzaal there will be a Vlogging Workshop by Michel Rogier from 14:00 to 15:00. There are also two fun workshops with music from Popradar. There are also all kinds of sports and games activities on the sports field next door. And of course you can participate in the Jeu de Boules, and get to know the Shooting Club and the animals of the Nijkamphoeve. Are you an interested resident of Loosduinen? Then come! You can get acquainted with the various social organizations from Loosduinen. Let yourself be surprised and inspired. It's nice to know what's going on in your neighborhood. But this cannot be done without volunteers. Many of the organizations would not exist without volunteers. Think of the many sports clubs, scouting, residents' organizations, culture, etc.

On Saturday 13 November from 13.00 – 16.00 there is a fun and varied program at Villa Ockenburgh for interested residents of Loosduinen and the volunteers of the various Loosduin organizations. 


The program – Meeting and Inspiration

You are welcome on the beautiful grounds of Villa Ockenburgh. If you have never been, this is already worth it!

  • You are welcome from 13:00.

Afternoon Programme 13:00-13:45 - Keynotes Join the conversation on our 2026 theme: “Shaping Trust in the Future.” Hear insights from HRH Princess Laurentien van Oranje and Emma Wedner, Chairperson Council of Europe Advisory Council on Youth, on how can you help rebuild trust in communities, institutions, movements, and more, as you kickstart your impact-driven career in an era of misinformation and global instability. 14:00-15:30 - Breakout Sessions Join one of 15 interactive breakout sessions and explore what rebuilding trust in the future could mean in practice. Together with fellow participants and expert facilitators, you will exchange ideas and perspectives on themes ranging from multilateralism and international development to AI, climate, media, and international business. 15:45-17:00 - Expert Panel The closing panel explores how the next generation of professionals and changemakers can contribute to stronger, more trusted institutions, communities, and movements. Stichting Wool of Warmth is organising a flea market at their premise. You can expect some furniture, arts and crafts, CDs and more. They collect wool and organize knitting groups that knit for people who are experiencing homelessness in The Hague. Expatriate Archive Centre Information Morning on 3 June 2026

The Expatriate Archive Centre collects and preserves the life stories of expatriates, their families, and repatriates worldwide in their original languages. Their collection includes journals and diaries, scrapbooks and photographs, video and audio recordings, letters and emails, blogs, paperwork and more. They exist to facilitate research that promotes and enhances a better understanding of expatriate life. Whether you are an expatriate with a story to share, looking for volunteering opportunities, researching expatriation, or simply curious about what they do, join their Information Morning and learn more about their unique archive!
