Our organization is completely dependent on volunteers, sponsors, and private donors. That is why we are looking for a copywriter who can write a compelling story about the charity and the work that it does.
The primary task will be to rework the website text so that the tone is consistent, and the text is attractive, exciting, and interesting.
Later the work could involve writing news articles, requests for funding, progress reports etc.
If you believe that this is an area where you excel and you can give time to Biblionef, you will join a friendly, international team of volunteers.
The copywriter must be able to do this work in either English or Dutch. Please provide a sample of your work.
About Biblionef Nederland
Biblionef works closely with schools that lack sufficient resources, and with local libraries that are either too far from a public library, or simply do not have enough resources to purchase new books.
We help educators and community libarians set up or improve their own libraries and organize reading sessions.
Our work means that we are constantly looking for new, exciting books that match the interests and reading needs of the children themselves.
For institutions or persons who want to call on Biblionef, the first step is to fill in a Biblionef Application Form, in which they make their wishes known.
Six months after the books have arrived on site, the teachers and the children are asked to provide feedback on the books they have received.
Since its foundation in 1991, Biblionef Netherlands has sent more than 1,000,000 brand new children's books in English, Dutch and other European and African languages to more than 1.6 million children worldwide.
