Theater De Regentes

Theater De Regentes in Segbroek is a theater of, for, by, and with the neighborhood and ‘the world in The Hague’. A unique and vibrant community theater that, with a small permanent team and a large, diverse group of volunteers, professionally offers a warm welcome to residents, visitors, emerging and established (performing) artists, partners, and tenants. An unmissable cultural center with history! Our volunteers, or ‘TDR Spetters’, perform tasks in virtually every facet of the theater and turn Theater de Regentes into a vibrant, warm bath. They help out in the catering area, at the box office, and scan tickets for performances, but also assist with maintenance or in the office in the publicity, technical, and production departments. Partly due to its history, a strong sense of togetherness is palpable among the Spetters at Theater de Regentes.
