For physical and mental health issues
Residents come to live with us in Oostduin when they require physical and mental care. There are 4 nursing wards within Oostduin. On 2 of these wards, people with dementia live in a protected environment. On the other 2 wards, people with physical health issues and/or dementia reside.
The care wards
On the care wards, every resident has their own single room. Here, they can retreat whenever they wish. Each room has a private bathroom with a shower and toilet. Some rooms also have a small kitchenette. Each care ward has 3 shared living rooms, each with its own style. Here, residents often enjoy meals together or gather for fun activities. There is also space here to relax. These are the places where you, as a hostess in the living rooms, can ask for assistance to help out and possibly do an activity together with your colleagues.
