As an HR Specialist, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and supportive environment for our community of entrepreneurs.Detailed description
Responsibilities:
- Volunteer Recruitment: Collaborate with team leaders to identify volunteer needs, create job descriptions, and manage the recruitment process.
- Onboarding and Training: Facilitate the onboarding process for new volunteers, ensuring they are familiar with the organization's mission, values, and objectives.
- Performance Management: Implement strategies for volunteer performance assessment, recognizing achievements and addressing areas for improvement.
- Communication: Serve as a liaison between volunteers and the organization, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring clear communication channels.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing volunteer-related events and activities to strengthen team bonds and engagement.
Qualifications:
- Background in Human Resources, Volunteer Management, or related field (fresh graduated are welcome).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for supporting individuals, especially those of Latin American descent, in their entrepreneurial journey.
- Knowing Dutch is nessesary.
