• Strong network within the non-profit community
• Advanced knowledge of financial management and budgeting
• Exceptional public speaking and communication skills
• Experience in building and leading diverse teams
• Proficiency with donor management software and tools
• Understanding of current issues and trends in the non-profit sector
• Bachelor’s degree in Non-Profit Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership position within a non-profit organization
