About Natuurwerkgroep Scheveningse Bosjes
We want a beautiful, healthy, biodiverse but also clean forest. To achieve this, a group of volunteers has united in a management group. The management group carries out small-scale and manual work in the Scheveningse Bosjes, around the Waterpartij and in the Westbroekpark. Sometimes we get to work removing 'shoots' (seedlings) and use them to build branch grooves. Or we plant new trees and shrubs, or clean up litter. There is always something to do! We are facilitated and supported by the municipality of The Hague, with whom we coordinate in close consultation which work we can (and may) perform.
