Founder Ester's core values are:

𝓑𝓪𝓻𝓶𝓱𝓪𝓻𝓽𝓲𝓰𝓱𝓮𝓲𝓭: We offer hope, help and support in word and deed to vulnerable people in our society. This includes people with a psychological vulnerability, teenage parents and people with a chronic illness who are at a distance from the labor market.

The board of 𝓢𝓽𝓲𝓬𝓱𝓽𝓲𝓷𝓰 𝓔𝓼𝓽𝓮𝓻 knows better than anyone what it feels like not to be born with privileges
We are happy to use our experiences and baggage as voluntary board members.
The board of the Esther Foundation consists of:

We will pay attention to themes such as: psychological frailty, sexuality and pregnancies, suicide, loneliness, domestic violence, poverty, informal care and the personal development of the vulnerable. We will realize this by means of outreach work. We want to help and support people with a great distance from the labor market, who are no longer able to work regularly but who want to lead a meaningful life. We know better than anyone else what added value doing voluntary work can have in someone's life. We believe 100% that every person is born with gifts and talents.

Offering hope is our keyword.
