The experienced candidate works directly with our project in Colombia. Speaks Spanish and shows good coordination skills and the ability to work in a team.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage and administrate the project, its tasks and the team
- Supports the team and key clients to facilitate the development, implementation and execution of the assigned program
- Monitor & analyze & develop program aspects, identify problems and propose solutions,
- Review relevant reports and documents,
- Build strong relations with key partners and end-users,
- Oversee progress of the program, provide guidance when necessary,
- Keep track of budget issues,
- Analyze feedback and progress,
- Report to the board of directors.
Skills
- Good coordination skills and the ability to work in a team
- Computer literate
- Fluent in English and Spanish. The candidate works directly with our project in Colombia
- Ability to organise tasks simultaneously and prioritize work
