We are starting a new chapter in The Hang-Out 070 and are looking for new core team members/aspiring board members from January 2024 who want to build on it and we are particularly looking for Queer BIPOC of any age from 18 years old.
Community care:
We are looking for an enthusiastic volunteer to strengthen our team. In this role you will play a vital role as a custodian of our community and will play a vital role in caring for our diverse groups and providing a safe, supportive environment
What are we looking for?
Someone who is responsible for the care of various communities in our organization: recruitment and guidance of volunteers to support the core team; taking an active role in mediation or conflict resolution when necessary and providing professional support for the mental health of our community members.

By learning and growing together through a professionalization process with leadership training, public speaking, media training, organization building, conflict resolution, fundraising, vision building and all this in an inspiring environment to facilitate development for empowerment, queer culture, and connectivity!
