Salesforce Administrator/Configurator Salesforce Platform Management

The Viable Community is a sustainability organization that aims to protect and preserve nature. We are seeking a self-motivated volunteer who has experience with the Salesforce platform.

At Viable Community we believe that a seamless digital workspace empowers our teams to collaborate, innovate, and thrive and the Salesforce platform plays a vital role in managing our volunteer database. We are a sustainability focussed NGO that believes in leveraging technology to drive productivity and enhance the employee experience.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring optimal performance.
• Configure Salesforce to meet organisational needs, including creating workflows, reports, dashboards, and custom fields.
• Collaborate with different organisational departments to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Perform data imports, exports, and updates whiles ensuring data integrity.
• Provide user support, training, and troubleshoot Salesforce-related issues.
• Stay updated on Salesforce best practices, new features, and updates.

Ideal candidate:

• Experience working on Salesforce Automations
• Experience with Non Profit cloud/Sales cloud
• Comfortable working with Data import and export
• Knowledge on Data integration

Time Commitment

• 6 hours a week but ideally more. 
• Flexibility to complete tasks when you are available.  

Location

• Remote role that can be based anywhere
• Requires a computer and good internet connection.
