Summary

Are you a mother and do you want to support starting mothers?

Detailed description

Would you like to support women that are pregnant or have a newborn baby?

Are you a good listener and do you get energy from helping people and children?

Then you are the one we are looking for! 🤩

At Moeders Informeren Moeders (MIM) we match mothers in The Hague to a volunteer who is a mother herself, to increase the mother's confidence, let her discover all the possibilities in her living area and to make her more independent.

If you become a volunteer at MIM we will p[rovide you with training and coaching by a coordinator in your living area. You will also receive a reimbursement of expenses and have the possibility to attend various workshops and meetings. You will become a part of a divers and inspiring group of women and mothers in The Hague and at the same time you can contribute to the health and happiness of the future generations of children.

How great is that!

Are you curious? Please contact us.

We are also looning for mothers who speak (besides Dutch and English) also Arabic, Turkish, Tigrinya, Polish, Portuguese or Russian.

Beging a MIM volunteer is surprising and special, it gives you lots of satisfaction. You get to meet other women and exchange experiences. Unique friendships may form, between colleague volunteers or the mothers you visit. The mothers come from different cultures and we work in an informal setting. MIM offers you solid training and coaching by a coordinator and we organize workshops and meetings where we can meet and inspire each other.
