Then we as Stichting Present Den Haag are looking for you!
As an intermediary in volunteering, we offer groups of people the opportunity to commit themselves to others who are dealing with poverty, ill health or social isolation. We bridge the gap between demand and supply by organizing projects in which the demand for help is concretely 'answered' by a group of volunteers.
In this way we want to create social impact in which those involved 'receive by giving' and thus make a difference in each other's lives. The aim of Present is to initiate a movement in society, in which more and more people take it for granted to look after each other. And that works. The results speak for themselves, because with a Present project, something really gets off the ground in one day and encounters of lasting value are created! As a group supervisor you are our ambassador for Present in such a volunteer project and you are there for the group. You enthusiastically manage a project in the right direction and you participate!
We ask you to follow the Present training for group leaders. This is free of charge and is twice for half a day on Saturday.

Core activity: Present Den Haag organizes and supervises volunteer projects for groups of people. The program of the volunteer project is selected based on the interest, knowledge and skills of the volunteer group. We provide our services to companies, (semi-) governments, groups of friends, student associations, churches and schools. The volunteer projects last one day (part) and can be set up once or on a structural basis.
