We are looking for help for our facility officer (concierge). Together with her, you will look at which tasks suit you, what you like to do, what you want to learn and which things you prefer her to do. You will have your own set of tasks, the most important of which is looking after the coffee machines. You can also change over time. The facility officer is used to guide people. As a result, there is plenty of room for personal growth.
Ultimately, together you ensure that the global office is a pleasant place to work for all -including international- colleagues. The main language is English, although a lot of colleagues speak French or Dutch too.
You will be expected at fixed times on Tuesdays and/or Thursdays during the day. You will agree the exact times you want to come with the facility officer.
It involves very practical tasks. Think of:
- Cleaning the coffee machines
- Tidying up the canteen
- Taking out paper
- Replenishing stocks
- Bring away glass/deposits
But you might also enjoy doing/learning other tasks, such as:
- things around the post
- replacing hardware
- minor repairs
