Summary
The residents' association Spoorwijk is placing an ice rink on the h.v.v. sports field Laakkwartierveld for 10 days and we could use some help!Detailed description
The ice rink is open from 10am to 6pm and from 6.30pm to 9.30pm.
We are looking for 8 volunteers per 4-hour time slot, so a total of 24 per day.
Block 1: 09.30-14.00 9.30-10 prepare. 10.00-12.00 execute. 12.00-12.30 break. And then from 12.30-14.00 execute
Block 2: 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM execution
18.00-18.30 refill
Block 3: 6:30-8:30 PM execution 8:30-10:00 PM clean up and replenish.
There is a choice of activities for you:
Activities will include: registering children and providing them with a participant pass, lending skates, paying attention and addressing them to ensure they behave, serving coffee/tea/hot chocolate and soup and sandwiches and sausages, standing and serving rotating coffee cups at the attraction. The evening shift will clean the grounds and prepare everything for the next day.
Help with setting up and building up on February 24th is also appreciated.
