Summary

Looking for a way to do something meaningful? Become a support family and help a family in your neighborhood with a few hours of support each week.

Detailed description

Dear neighbor,

Under the motto 'We raise children together', Buurtgezinnen connects families who need support to a stable family in the neighbourhood. This way, children get some extra love and attention and parents are relieved.

Buurtgezinnen Den Haag is looking for warm, involved people who want to offer support to families in their area. As a support family, you help another family by, for example, occasionally babysitting, offering a listening ear or providing practical support. It's about small but valuable things that can make a big difference.

What do we expect from you?

• An open heart and a listening ear.

• At least two half days/days per month to support a family.

• Affinity with children and families.

What do you get in return?

• The satisfaction of really helping a family in your neighborhood.

• Guidance and support from the Neighborhood Families Foundation.

• A chance to meet new people and do something meaningful.
